Our foundation is 97% volunteer and mentor lead, ensuring that roughly upwards of 90% of donations received by us goes directly to the foundation's beneficiaries. As of right now, our operating costs are roughly $22,408.00 CAN, as we ensured to utilize free social media platforms and/or other digital service (s) to deliver our service (s) and/or support (s), significantly driving down our operating costs.
It's official, as of January 1st, 2023 we are officially a Federally Registered Charitable Organization. This means we can now issue donations receipts for tax purposes once a donation is made to the foundation. TREATY 7 TERRITORY LAND ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS: In the spirit of respect, reciprocity, and truth, we honour and acknowledge Moh’kinsstis, and the traditional Treaty 7 territory and oral practices of the Blackfoot confederacy: Siksika, Kainai, Piikani, as well as the Iyarhe Nakoda and Tsuut’ina nations.
