6.2. WE WILL CONTACT THE CALGARY POLICE SERVICES (CPS) AND/OR EDMONTON POLICE SERVICES (EPS) REPORTING LINE AND/OR COMMUNITY RESOURCE OFFICER AND/OR THE ROYAL CANADIAN MOUNTED AND/OR INTERNATIONAL OFFICERS IF ANY OF THE ABOVE IS RELEASED TO THE AUTISM FOR LIFE FOUNDATION.

19.1. The Autism For Life Foundation’s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these Terms of Use shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right.
19.2. If any provision or part thereof of these Terms of Use is wholly or partially unenforceable to the parties or, in the event the parties are unable to agree, a court of competent jurisdiction shall put in place thereof an enforceable provision or provisions, or part thereof, that as nearly as possible reflects the terms of the unenforceable provision or part thereof.
19.3. The parties have requested that these Terms of Use and all documents relating thereto be drawn up in English. Version 1.0 as of June 3, 2023
